RF631 Series 2D/3D laser scanner (4600 points/profile)

RIFTEK:The efforts of our specialists to improve RIFTEK products have been successful and we are excited to announce our first laser profiler of the new RF631 Series.

Advanced CMOS Image Sensor, ultra-high resolution input lens, new configuration of control electronics, new algorithms of image processing and scanner calibration, the talent and experience of our engineers - all this made it possible to create a device with a unique combination of resolution, speed, field of view and accuracy.

Distinctive features of new Series scanners:

• Resolution - 4600 points per profile without interpolation
• Rate (full FOV) - 1200 Hz (up to 1900 Hz soon)
• ROI rate - 6000 Hz (up to 8000 Hz soon)
• Full compatibility with RF62x Series scanners and common web interface for scanners configuration.

The first scanner RF631-320/160-340/440 in the series is developed by order of our partner and is intended for scanning and searching for surface defects of large-barrel metal sheets moving along the conveyor. The system itself will include 32 scanners located around the conveyor.
