Miniature Encoder 18S

With up to 1600 pulses/revolution and an index signal

PEWATRON is pleased to present the new 18-mm encoder series 18S by Nemicon. This expands the popular OME-A series by offering higher pulse rates and by featuring an index signal.

The series’ main characteristics are:

• miniature housing Ø 18 x 15,5 mm
• radial or axial cable outlet
• up to 1600 pulses/revolution
• with index signal
• optional line driver

Also available is type 18M hollow shaft kit encoder with up to 1600 pulses/revolution, for shaft Ø 2,5 mm (option Ø 3…6 mm).

With these features, the encoders are excellently suited to a wide range of applications in the fields of robotics, medicine, office automation and semi-conductor manufacturing.
