ESCP-MIS1 Silicon Capacitive Pressure Sensor

ESCP-MIS1, an innovative sensor with exceptional accuracy, is a medium isolated pressure sensor designed for applications with demanding environmental conditions. The sensor is housed in a standard Ø19 capsule (Stainless steel, Titanium or Hastelloy) and its accuracy, combined with very good repeatability and hysteresis, offer excellent long-term stability while operating at very low power levels. As a pressure sensor, ESCP-MIS1 undergoes extensive automated testing and is provided calibrated and compensated at various temperatures and pressure ranges. ESCP-BMS1 Differential Capacitive Pressure Sensor
