Bourns Introduces 10 mm Incremental Potentiometers for Reliable Position Feedback

RIVERSIDE, Calif., September 14, 2026 - Bourns today announced the release of the Bourns® PST10 Series 10 mm Incremental Potentiometers, a compact hollow-shaft position sensing solution designed to deliver accurate rotary position feedback, long-term reliability, and maintenance-free operation in industrial and commercial equipment. The series combines a space-saving mechanical design with non-contact sensing technology to help improve system durability and reduce maintenance requirements associated with conventional contact potentiometers.

The PST10 Series provides stable analog output throughout its service life while eliminating mechanical wear associated with conventional potentiometers. Its hollow-shaft configuration simplifies mechanical integration, and the compact package supports space-constrained designs. Horizontal and vertical PC board mounting configurations are available, with a standard resistance range from 1 kΩ to 5 MΩ.
