Convenient solutions for complex tasks: Baumer sensors for quality control

With precisely measuring sensors from several technological fields, Baumer is presenting a large product range for measuring tasks in quality control. "Convenient solutions for complex control tasks" is the sensor manufacturer's motto. The possible applications are as varied as the available products. Baumer sensors measure, for example, distances, levels, angles or movements.

On top of that, Baumer has a very wide product range to offer. Regardless whether it is inductive, photoelectric, magnetic or ultrasonic – many years of development, production and application knowledge have gone into every sensor.

Apart from the wide portfolio, customers also benefit from the precision and miniaturization of Baumer sensors, which make high resolution levels and repeat accuracy as well as wide measuring ranges in small housings possible.

An example of this is the IWFM 08, the world's smallest measuring inductive sensor in a robust metal housing. A real alternative to complex measuring systems is the IPRM 12, a high-precision inductive sensor with a maximum resolution of 4nm and fully integrated electronics. The measuring red light distance sensor FADH 14 featuring an EHEDG-certified hygienic design ensures hygienic measurements in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
