Miniature Triaxial IEPE Accelerometers for Modal Analysis, 3313A & 3313AH

Miniature Triaxial IEPE Accelerometers for Modal Analysis, 3313A & 3313AH

21 November 2011

Chatsworth, California, USA – November 9, 2011 – Dytran Instruments, Inc., a leading manufacturer of piezoelectric and DC MEMS accelerometers, force and pressure transducers and associated electronics, has introduced the 3313A and 3313AH series, a family of miniature triaxial IEPE accelerometers weighing just 4 grams.

The 3313A series has a robust, laser welded titanium design which includes quartz sensing elements coupled to ultra low noise JFET electronics and a broad frequency response (1.2 to 10,000 Hz). Units are offered in sensitivities of 1 mV/g, 5 mV/g and 10 mV/g, and utilize an industry standard 1/4-28 4-pin radial connector and adhesive mount. The 3313A and 3313AH are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments. The 3313AH series are uniquely capable of operating at temperatures up to +325°F (+162°C).

Designed for use in modal analysis and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) applications, the 3313A and 3313AH are versatile enough for NVH applications on engines, use in HALT/HASS chambers, or on critical flight test applications.
