Custom designs consist of tailored resistance, TCR values, chip dimensions, meander layouts, housings, substrate materials, wire materials and length, capacitive value, polymer type and more. To address performance improvements in regards of physical parameters and sensor characteristics, we can advance the sensors thermal behavior such as optimized heat transfer, fast response time, low self-heating etc. We can also modify the sensors structural layout to achieve improvement of the sensitivity or adjustments of general electrical parameters and requirements. Further we apply a number of different packaging options to provide various interface compatibility, such as different wires and housing materials.

Time to market is important to us; a typical turnaround time for a custom sensor is six to eight weeks depending on the degree of complexity of the custom product.
