Miniature Control Knob DK04 with digital display

SIKO GmbH: With the new Control Knob DK04, SIKO GmbH, the inventor of the SIKO counters and world leader in the field of mechanical-digital position indicators, introduces a miniature rotary knob for fine adjustments.

In addition to the cost effective design, the compact structure is the main characteristic of the DK04. With a cover outer diameter of only 23.5 mm, the DK04 is also suitable for assembly and operation in very confined installation conditions. Despite the minimised unit size, the control knob has a generous display window for reading of the three counter systems of the mechanical-digital counter. The counter technology is based on the DA09S position indicator which has been tried and trusted a million times over in mechanical engineering, and thus guarantees a long service life in demanding environmental conditions. The measuring range is up to a maximum of 100 revolutions, whereby each revolution can be divided into 100 sub-steps by fine scaling. The proven hollow shaft mounting with torque support enables the use of the DK04 in any mounting position.

The compact design of the DK04 Control Knob is ideally suited for valve settings in process technology and fine adjustment of smooth-running machine elements and linear guides.
