The integration of analog-to-digital conversion into the CB50X-DL load cell offers clear advantages over a conventional analogical solution:

• Suppression of load cells sensitivity balance (corner calibration) allows a faster implementation and adjustment.
• Individual diagnosis of each load cell, and the possible load cell replacement without new calibration, facilitates maintenance operations.
• A better immunity against electric disturbances and temperature variations improve the measurement reliability.
• The use of RS485 output offers long distances communication capabilities.

Especially designed for weighbridge applications, the CB50X-DL load cell is available in capacities from 20t to 60t, and is OIML R60 certified up to 4000d. Made of stainless steel and hermetically welded with an IP68 protection grade, The CB50X-DL can be used in the most demanding environments.
