greenTEG will present its laser power and position sensors at Optatec, hall 3, booth J25. Among the latest innovations of greenTEG are a laser power sensor with digital signal output and temperature compensation as well as a tiny 2x2 mm2 sensor, ideal for the integration into laser sources. greenTEG’s laser power sensors are sensitive to all wavelengths from UV to IR and detect powers of tens of μW to W. Key features of the 2x2 mm2 sensor

Thanks to our unique thermopile design we are able to produce sensors in small, arbitrary form factors ideal for integration into systems with spatial constraints.

  • Sensor sizes down to 2x2 mm2 with a thickness of 500 μm
  • Mounting by soldering like a SMD component

Key features of the position sensor

Our compact, precise position sensors give information on position as well as power and are designed for alignment verification and control due to their fast response time.

  • Designed for powers up to 30 W
  • 200 ms response time
  • Spatial resolution better than 50 μm

Key features of the housed sensor with digital signal output

With the digital signal output of the laser power sensor, you will no longer have to worry about temperature drifts or analog-to-digital conversion of the signal.
