Paternoster oven with swing trays for the production of sensors
02. Avril 2020 - ELMETHERM S.A.S. manufactures vertical ovens with swing trays that are designed to be easily integrated into existing sensor production lines. The main advantages of the vertical oven are that it saves precious floorspace and that it can easily and quickly be displaced and set up.
Loading and unloading of the sensors is carried out at one spot, at the front of the oven. The sensors are placed on the swing tray. The trays as well as the whole equipment can be customized to match with the specific features of the product and the thermal process. The swing trays once loaded perform a loop in the heating zone of the vertical oven. Having completed a revolution the sensors are unloaded at the same place they were once loaded etc.
Example of an oven : oven as shown on the picture. Vertical oven with swing trays, 25 swing trays 400 x 400 mm. Equipement delivered in one block. Width of the oven : 1,20 m x Depth of the oven : 1,80 m x Height of the oven: 5,50 m. Working temperature : 110 °C. Max. temperature : 130 °C. Electrical power installed : 50 kW. Total mass : approx. 1,5 t.
